Terms of Use

This page describes what this website is and what it is not. It is documentation rather than a contract, and nothing on it creates an agreement between you and the company.

It describes services the company offers and how to make contact about them. That is the whole of its purpose: there is nothing to buy here, nothing to sign, and no account to hold.

Check it: Every link on the site leads to a description of a service, to the contact page, or to a page like this one.

Every service page is generated from a single catalogue, so no two pages can disagree about what a service covers. That is a consistency guarantee, and it is not a completeness one.

The site does not claim to describe everything the company can do, and it deliberately leaves out several things it cannot evidence. Those omissions are named on the about page rather than left for you to notice.

Check it: Service pages are prerendered from one config module; an architecture test asserts no service name or description is written anywhere else.

Pages, routes and wording change without notice, and no version history or change log is published. A URL that works today may move.

Check it: There is no dated revision anywhere on the site, including on this page.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment. Reading a service description starts nothing, and neither does sending an email: work begins only under a direct agreement made outside this website.

No price, timescale or service level appears anywhere on the site, and none should be inferred from what does. The about page lists what is not published and why.

Check it: No figure, price or response time appears on any page — asserted site-wide by test, not only reviewed.

Everything a set of terms normally contains is a commercial or legal commitment, and none has been supplied. Writing one here would create an obligation the company has not agreed to, which is a worse outcome than an incomplete page.

Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
None is stated. Choosing one is a decision for the company and its advisers, and the site’s configured country is an unconfirmed placeholder in any case.
Liability limits and warranty disclaimers
None is stated. A limitation of liability is a contractual term, and this page is not a contract.
Payment, invoicing, cancellation and refunds
None exist to describe. No pricing or engagement model has been set anywhere in the project.
Service levels, availability targets and support hours
None is published. One service lists availability targets among its capabilities and no figure exists for any of them.
Acceptable use, and what you may do with the content here
Neither has been decided. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no conduct to govern, and no licence is stated for the wording, code or design of these pages beyond reading them.

Questions about anything on this page go to the addresses on the contact page.
